By purchasing any of our services, you are agreeing to and accepting the terms outlined in this refund policy, as well as our Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with this policy and our terms before making any purchase.
All customers have the right to cancel their purchase or subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase date.
To initiate a cancellation, customers should contact our support team with their purchase details and reasons for cancellation.
Given the nature of our business, we incur upfront costs related to licenses and other third-party services. As a result, while we can offer refunds, they will be subject to a deduction.
For any cancellation within the 14-day period, we will process a refund amounting to 80% of the total purchase price. This means we retain 20% to cover the costs of the licenses and other expenses we’ve already incurred on your behalf.
By agreeing to our terms and this refund policy, you understand and acknowledge that our liability is limited to the refund amount as stated in this policy.
Dransony LTD, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, damage to computers or data.
We are not responsible for any damage done to a computer or any data loss as a result of using our services or associated software partnerships. It’s crucial for users to maintain regular backups and employ sound cybersecurity practices alongside our solutions.
Once a cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used for purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Dransony LTD reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon being posted on our website. It is your responsibility to review the refund policy periodically to be aware of any changes.
